We ship internationally and our shipping rates are calculated by the total weight of your basket.

Please note that for less accessible areas of the UK, such as the Scottish Highlands, there may be additional postage charges due.

In-stock shoes and accessories will arrive within 1-2 days.  This time does not include manufacture time for ‘Made to Order’ or ‘Bespoke’ goods.  Estimated manufacture / delivery times for all items are noted individually on each product page.

Generally a pair of Ladies/Girls shoes weigh around 0.6Kg, whilst a Mens/Boys pair are 0.9Kg.  All of our Accessories are in the 0.0 – 0.59Kg range.

International tracked shipping, estimated transit time is 2 – 7 working days, this does not include manufacture times for ‘Made to Order’ or ‘Bespoke’ goods.  Estimated manufacture times for all items are noted individually on each product page.

Please note:  We regret to inform you that due to issues with sending packages to Europe and the USA we have taken the difficult decision to suspend orders to these territories.

If you would like to return all or part of your order please just drop us a quick email at sales@nicoledancewear.com so we can process your refund. Then print and fill out a NICOLE DANCEWEAR RETURNS FORM and return it along with your item(s) to the address below.

Please note that our returns policy states that we only accept returns for up to 28 days from receipt of purchase. Goods must also be unworn, undamaged, in all original packaging with any tags intact. We will accept returns and refund goods that are returned due to a fault in manufacture, and these will be coordinated upon inspection of the items condition. Please note that if your item was subject to a ‘Bespoke Surcharge’, or marked as bespoke in any way, e.g. Vegan shoes, then your item is non-returnable or refundable unless there is a fault in manufacture. Please also specify on the outside of the return package that this is a return to the manufacturer (mainly for overseas returns) as we will not be liable for import duties on returned goods and failure to specify this may mean that your returns are held at customs and returned to you.

Please note that we only pay for postage on returned items when there is a fault in manufacture, customers will need to pay for return postage in all other cases, such as if you decide that you require a different size or would like a different heel. We advise that you return products using a signed-for service.
