It is now possible to select all of our International Dance Shoes range in Vegan animal free materials.  Up until now, only our most popular shoes were available in Vegan materials, but as the demand has increased significantly since the introduction of Vegan dance shoes we’re now super proud to be able to make the whole range of IDS dance shoes in animal free materials.

We’ve also made it super easy for you to find your favourite shoes in Vegan materials.  All of our standard materials range now have a link in the product page to the animal free version of that shoe, as well as including Vegan sections in the menu, under our Ladies, Mens and Childrens categories.

There is no extra charge for Vegan shoes, but they’re all bespoke (meaning that unfortunately you can’t return them – so speak with us if you’re unsure on fittings or anything at all) and they’ll take around 10 working days to make.  Information on sizing and fittings and our Foot Measurement Form can be found here: nicoledancewear.com/sizing-and-fittings/

The difference between the majority of our Vegan and non-Vegan shoes is simply the sole.  Traditionally, it’s a suede leather sole that dancers have worn over time – our alternative contains no trace of animal and is made of a synthetic microfibre material.  Any shoes that would normally be made with a leather upper will be made with a PU alternative.
