So, this weekend was interesting…

For Christmas my lovely Fiance bought me a weekend dancing trip with Anton Du Beke & Erin Boag through Donaheys.  I have to say I don’t think I’ve ever smiled so much in my life!

The Saturday started off with an advanced Quickstep workshop with the two Strictly Come Dancing stars at Dukinfield Town Hall and they taught us half a lap of the Ballroom, WHICH WAS HUGE!  They embarrassed me a lot as I was wearing a Nicole Dancewear T-shirt… as you do.  However, it was fantastic that they mentioned the brand over the microphone to the whole class.

Anton Du Beke wore our Men’s Brogue and Erin was wearing a pair of our ICS Classic. I was wearing a pair of our Sara Latin shoes (now discontinued).

The night time social was held in the same place as the afternoon workshop and they put on a fantastic show, they are just magical to watch, it even brought a tear to my eye.  The social was great and absolutely packed, you certainly had to put your Hesitations to good use.  During this there was a chance to meet the pair and have your photos taken, again, I had sore cheeks from smiling so much!
